A short conversation
Thirty minutes, on the phone or in person. We will ask what is driving the deadline and what you have already tried. There is no charge and no obligation.
An honest answer
Whether this is a hire, an interim, a project or something you could do in-house with a week of our time. Occasionally the answer is that we are not the right firm. We would rather say that on the call.
Something in writing
If it is a fit: a written brief or scope with named people, deliverables, timeline and fee. Nothing starts before you have seen it.
